Part One: I never
really did a full video series on this. The reason? Well
black-and-white drivers for Color devices are available off
of www.hp.com/go/support
and all you have to do is define permissions for the color
print queue and leave the black-and-white print queue
wide-open as the most typical approach. There's not a lot of
work required there and its pretty straight forward. Admins
can go the extra step and add "Access Control Lists" in the
"Network" tab of their color devices to prevent anything
other than the print server relaying jobs (prevents savvy
users from using Direct-IP connections where the print
server could otherwise be bypassed). |
